Catch a front seat on Tryon Street as you get to witness 12 floats, 8 larger than life balloons, 7 Segwalloons, 15 marching bands and 17 performing acts! Appearances will include Miss North Carolina, the Seed and Feed Marching Abominable, the cast of Carowinds’ Winterfest, and an even appearance by Santa Claus himself! The parade kicks off at 9 a.m. and will travel along Tryon St. in Uptown.
Are you along for the holiday and not able to make it home with your loved ones this year? No problem. Coffee Cone Café invites you out for a very special Friendsgiving Dinner this afternoon! The table is set and it’s time to savor some of your favorite Thanksgiving menu items with others in the community! Admission is $5 per person and children 4 and under will eat FREE. Enjoy a mashup of classic cinema and live music as Charlotte Symphony Pops presents “Home Alone: Movie In Concert!” Hilarious and heartwarming, “Home Alone” is a quintessential holiday favorite.
