BURKE COUNTY, N.C. — A Tornado Warning has been issued for Burke, McDowell, and Rutherford counties until 8:15 p.m. A Severe Thunderstorm Warning has been issued for Burke, Catawba, Cleveland and Lincoln counties until 8:30 p.m. WCNC Charlotte Chief Meteorologist Brad Panovich is tracking the latest as the threat moves through the area. …
