Alesha Brown is an attorney at Hall & Dixon PLLC, a criminal defense firm that provides litigation for everything from traffic citations to felonies. Brown fights for her clients through civil rights advocacy, civil litigation, personal injury and contract disputes. Prior to relocating to Charlotte, she practiced insurance defense at a firm in New York City and served as counsel to New York City’s Council Committee on civil rights and contracts where she played an intricate role in drafting, passing and implementing anti-discrimination legislation. Brown earned her juris doctor degree from New York Law School and her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of South Carolina.
