Rodney Faulkner and William Haygood III founded Boundary Street Advisors, a full-service commercial real estate firm founded in 2018 and headquartered in Charlotte. They built Boundary Street Advisors to honor Charlotte and to serve others with hard work, honesty and experience, and to bring positivity and joy. Rodney Faulkner is an alumnus of Appalachian State University and William Haygood III is an alumnus of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
