When a mysterious stranger arrives with some surprising news, King is forced to confront his destiny and his legacy to his people. This play is directed by April A. Jones and stars Gerard Hazelton and Erica Truesdale. Tickets can be purchased here: https://www.carolinatix.org/events/detail/the-mountaintop-1. This weekend, catch some more theatrical action as Theatre Charlotte proudly presents a stage adaptation of John Grisham’s gripping drama, “A Time To Kill.” This intense play tells the story of a young, idealistic lawyer, Jack Brigance, defending a black man, Carl Lee Hailey, for shooting two white men in the courtroom where he now stands trial.
